How do I know a part will fit my vehicle?

Set your vehicle once — year, make and model — and we narrow the catalogue to the parts engineered for it. If your trim, bed length or factory tow package changes the answer, send us those details or your VIN and we will confirm the exact part number before you order.

Do I pay duty, brokerage or customs fees?

No. We are a Canadian business shipping within Canada, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you. Prices are in Canadian dollars and there are no surprise fees at the door.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada, coast to coast. Shipping is a flat $25 on orders under $200, and free on orders of $200 or more. Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

What if I order the wrong part?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, and a 20% restocking fee applies.

If the mistake was ours — the wrong item was sent, or it arrived damaged — we cover the return shipping. Email info@canadahitchrack.com to start one.

Are these genuine brand-name parts?

Yes. Everything listed is the manufacturer's own product — CURT, B&W, Thule, Blue Ox, Torklift, Extang, Truxedo, Draw-Tite, Weathertech and others — not an aftermarket copy.
